SHIPPING

• Shipping Costs & Free Threshold: Shipping is available for U.S. customers only via USPS. There is a $10 flat rate for orders under $200, while orders over $200 ship free.

• Total Wait Time: Orders are not shipped immediately. Processing takes 3–4 business days (excluding weekends), followed by a delivery window of 3–6 business days for Standard shipping or 2–3 days for Priority.

• Lost Package Protocol: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must contact customer support within 3 business days.

• Address Liability: The company is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

RETURNS

• Store Credit Only (No Refunds): Returns are refunded via digital gift card only. Cash refunds are not available, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from your credit balance.

• Strict Return Windows: Items must be returned quickly. The window is 7 days from delivery for U.S. customers and 14 days for international customers. Late returns are rejected.

• Customer Covers Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The company does not provide free return labels, and you must use a trackable shipping method.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn with all tags attached, specifically the security plastic tag. Swimwear is only returnable if the hygiene liner is fully intact; if removed, the return will be denied.

• No Direct Exchanges: The store does not process automatic exchanges. To change a size or color, you must return the item for store credit and place a new separate order for the desired item.
