SHIPPING

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States via USPS.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $180. Orders of $180 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

• Processing Time: Please allow 3–4 business days, excluding weekends, for your order to be processed before shipment.

• Estimated Delivery: After shipment, estimated delivery takes 3–6 business days for Standard Shipping or 2–3 business days for Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping does not shorten processing time. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

• Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days so we can help investigate.

• Shipping Address: Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. To the extent permitted by law, SERENA MOON INC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

RETURNS

• Store Credit: Eligible returns are issued as a digital gift card, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the store-credit amount. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

• Return Window: For U.S. orders, please contact us to request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery. This deadline applies to submitting your request, not to the arrival of your returned items. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping your items back. For previously accepted international orders, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking details.

• Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached, including the security plastic tag. Swimwear must have its hygiene liner fully intact. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

• Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available. To choose a different size, color or style, return the original item for store credit and place a new order. Replacement items are subject to availability.

• Order Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
